Beth was one of the best realtors we’ve ever used. She made the entire process such a breeze. Not only did she give great advice, but she set us up with a great lender who was able to help us out even more with this process. If anyone is looking for a realtor who puts your needs above hers, then she is your #1 choice. She is super friendly and willing to help at any hours of the day. She receives a 10/10 for her assistance.

Beth definitely lived up to her excellent reputation. She was exceptional. I would use her again as my agent in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone. Here recommendations and knowledge proved to make a huge difference and get results. She not only met my needs and expectations, she exceeded them. Here superior negotiating skills, knowledge, and communication--all the way from start to finish--was awesome. Before I could even finish packing she had my house sold!

I have nothing but great things to say about Beth Owenby and her company! She is amazing and worked hard to stay in touch with us and help us with anything while buying our first home. She met with us and talked to us on the phone at times other may feel is too late. She's the type of person who makes you feel like you're doing businss with a friend. I felt comfortable coming to her for advice, asking questions, and seeking information. I will be recommending her to anyone we know looking around to buy a home.

Every now and then you’ll find someone that goes beyond the call of their obligation, and Beth Owenby is that to the real estate profession. I first met Beth, while looking at forestry farm acreage in Aiken County, SC that bordered my existing farm. I could write for hours with how hard she worked to gather the information that I needed to validate the purchase of this property. I can also go on to tell you that even after we had closed the closing attorney, which neither her nor I chose, (I agreed to honor the sellers request), did a terrible job of recording it with the county and even after six weeks it had not been recorded. I called Beth to see if she might know anything,..not expecting her to do anything, yet she immediately began making phone calls and emails to the firm on my behalf. The sale was officially recorded to the county and resolved within two days from the date of my call to Beth, and that is the honest truth. I have bought over 1000 acres of agricultural land within the last eight years, yet have never experienced the level of service that Beth provides before, during and yes!,…even far after closing !… Beth Owenby is worth more per sale than any commission she will ever be paid, and that is the truth from an experienced buyer!”

We just bought a house in Aiken and worked with Beth Owenby from Farmscape Realty. We live in Michigan full time and had to do the whole deal remotely. Beth was incredible, not only helping us with the real estate transaction itself, but also with so many other things that were truly just above and beyond. We can't say enough great things about her! We highly recommend Beth!

Can't even begin to explain how wonderful it was to work with Beth! She was absolutely amazing and made this very scary process of selling a home and finding a new place so unbelievebly easy! She handled all the stress that comes with selling a home and answered every question we had before, during, and even after the entire process. She will always be the first person I recommend for buying/selling a home!
