She graduated from USC Aiken in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and spent several years as a high school teacher in Aiken County before transitioning into real estate — a career that naturally aligned with her love for working with people and helping them navigate important decisions. And, now she gets to help former students with their homes!

Her background in education shaped her patient, approachable communication style and her dedication to ensuring clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process.
Beyond her professional life, Beth is a proud mother of two sons. One works alongside her in the real estate industry, while the other is pursuing a nursing degree at USC Aiken.
An avid animal lover, Beth has owned horses for over 36 years and has a deep appreciation for the rural and equestrian lifestyle that makes Aiken so unique. Her connection to the land, animals, and community is not only professional — it is deeply personal.

Before getting into Real Estate, Scott worked in sales with Dunagan’s Sewing and Vacuum for almost 20 years. He enjoyed 2 years at USC-Salkehatchie, playing basketball while pursuing an Associates degree.

He’s grateful to live and work in the community he grew up in and takes pride in helping others find a place they’re excited to call home.
