I first met Beth, while looking at forestry farm acreage in Aiken County, SC that bordered my existing farm. I could write for hours with how hard she worked to gather the information that I needed to validate the purchase of this property. I can also go on to tell you that even after we had closed the closing attorney, which neither her nor I chose, (I agreed to honor the sellers request), did a terrible job of recording it with the county and even after six weeks it had not been recorded. I called Beth to see if she might know anything,..not expecting her to do anything, yet she immediately began making phone calls and emails to the firm on my behalf. The sale was officially recorded to the county and resolved within two days from the date of my call to Beth, and that is the honest truth. I have bought over 1000 acres of agricultural land within the last eight years, yet have never experienced the level of service that Beth provides before, during and yes!,…even far after closing !… Beth Owenby is worth more per sale than any commission she will ever be paid, and that is the truth from an experienced buyer!”
