Every now and then you’ll find someone that goes beyond the call of their obligation, and Beth Owenby is that to the real estate profession. I first met Beth, while looking at forestry farm acreage in Aiken County, SC that bordered my existing farm. I could write for hours with how hard she worked to gather the information that I needed to validate the purchase of this property. I can also go on to tell you that even after we had closed the closing attorney, which neither her nor I chose, (I agreed to honor the sellers request), did a terrible job of recording it with the county and even after six weeks it had not been recorded.
